I already took out a support ticket to see what WB has to say about the issue. Seems a bit harsh though and a requirement that will likely shut out a lot of people from fully enjoying the game. I suppose the short answer is that the game requires a constant 60fps to not exhibit a slow motion effect on PC. I've only seen the problem in single-player so far. I even tried forcing off VSync from the nvidia control panel. The game autodetected high settings for my PC, but the issue appears regardless of in-game settings. As soon as the in-game action starts, it appears that the game is running in slow-motion to varying degrees. Menus, cut-scenes, and character fight introductions all look fluid. Game downloaded, installed, and launches fine. Frame rate is typically in the 40s, sometimes as high as 50 and the effect is the same. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
